How long are UWorld Medical contracts?
Contracts begin at 180 days, with 360 days being our recommended minimum. You can also extend your term into a 2-3 year contract to guarantee budget certainty and avoid future price increases.
How do institutional bundles for fuller content coverage work?
Our bundles offer dual access to our International Clinical QBank and USMLE Step 1 QBank through your instructor dashboard. The 2-year bundle provides 360-day access to each, while the 3-year bundle provides 730-day access to our Step 1 QBank and 360-day access to our Clinical QBank. Both bundles include 2 USMLE Step 1 self-assessments for additional practice.
What are the institutional pricing requirements?
To qualify for institutional pricing, your school or institution must purchase subscriptions on behalf of students for educational purposes and meet our minimum enrollment requirement. What are the bulk pricing discount requirements?
To qualify for bulk pricing, new subscription purchases must be made directly by a school, programme, or institution (typically for the entire class). Please contact a UWorld sales rep for more information on minimum quantity requirements at [email protected].
How does the bulk pricing process work?
Bulk pricing works as follows:
- We provide an official quote for the quantity and duration that is requested.
- The purchaser provides an official Purchase Order and list of participating individuals.
- We process the order, and participating individuals receive a unique discount code via email.
- We provide a final invoice once the order has been processed.
- The purchaser remits payment per the invoice terms.
When do bulk pricing subscriptions start?
Discount code recipients from a bulk purchase must redeem their code within the stated deadline (30 days from code issuance). However, subscriptions do not automatically activate once redeemed. Recipients can activate their subscription at any time following redemption, with no deadline for activation.
