- Verified Participation: Ambassadors must register through the official UWorld Student Ambassador Programme and provide any required institutional information.
- Active Promotion: Ambassadors are expected to actively promote their designated 24-hour offer within their approved student community.
- Approved Materials: UWorld-provided promotional materials, pricing, and offer details must be represented accurately.
- Programme Integrity: Promotional offers and Ambassador benefits may not be sold, transferred, misrepresented, or distributed outside the eligible audience.

Promotional pricing and Ambassador rewards are subject to the following:
- Promotional Period: Promotional pricing is available only during each Ambassador’s designated 24-hour offer period.
- Qualifying Purchases: Only eligible, completed purchases attributed to the Ambassador count toward reward milestones. Cancelled, refunded, duplicate, or fraudulent transactions do not qualify.
- Reward Verification: Ambassador rewards are issued after qualifying purchases have been verified.
